What services can I hire?

Depending on the plan, you can hire any mix of the following tasks:

  • Funnel Building & Marketing
  • Email Marketing
  • WordPress Development
  • Graphic & Logo Design
  • FB & Adwords Ads
  • Shopify & E-Commerce
  • IG & Influencer Marketing
  • Amazon Private Label

Do plans include graphic design?

Yes Totally! All of our subscription plans include all the graphic and logo design your heart desires.  You can submit as many projects as you want but we work on a one by one basis while rest of requests go into a queue.

I just signed up! What can I expect next?

First, welcome aboard! You will soon receive a welcome email with some links to a survey we need you to fill out and a link to open your client account.  This will be sent to you immediately after signing up to any of our plans.  You can then immediately, start submitting requests.

Do I have a limited amount of jobs or tasks or hours available?

No.  You can submit the tasks you desire, but we only work on one at a time.  Depending on each task, the required time to complete.  For example a simple design can take up 24 hours but a funnel page maybe 3-4 days.  So it all depends.

Can I cancel anytime?

Sure! If you’re not happy then neither are we. Please contact our Customer Support before your next billing cycle and we’ll make sure you’re not billed again.  We do need however at least 3 working days of anticipation for your notification.  If you have already been billed, your cancellation request will not take effect until the following month. Unfortunately, we do not offer prorated refunds or cancellations for unused time.

Is there a setup fee?

Not at all.  You are only billed your monthly fee according to your plan.

What if I need to add different tasks or upgrade a plan?

No problem.  Just get in touch with us and well do the prorated plan to get you on a new one. Just write to us at support@clickateam.com and we’ll send you separate invoice to pay for the prorated part .
